Armando Latini

With over forty years of professional practice, he is recognised for his experience in strategic advisory and in the management of high-value real estate portfolios. Over the course of his career he has handled complex transactions for institutional investors, real estate funds and prominent private clients, operating both on the Italian market and in international settings.

Within the Multi Family Office he leads the planning and governance of the real estate component of the client's wealth. He works alongside business families, HNWIs, VHNWIs and UHNWIs in defining the best strategies for investing in, enhancing and passing on real estate assets, ensuring an approach integrated with their wealth, tax, succession and asset protection objectives, within a multidisciplinary and long-term vision.

• Chairman and Technical Director of European Engineering, a consorzio stabile (permanent consortium) of engineering companies
• Engagements for multinationals: telecommunications (Vodafone, TIM, Huawei), energy infrastructure (Terna, Enel Green Power, Italgas, Alstom, ABB) and media (RAI, FOX)
• Ongoing engagements for Allianz, Apple, Sidief (Banca d'Italia), Angelini and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti
• Former Chairman of the Commissione Consultiva Edilizia (Building Advisory Committee) of the Comune di Roma and former Board Member of the Acquario Romano and of SEIS S.p.A.
• He served as a member of the Consiglio Generale (General Council) of OICE (Confindustria) from 2007 to 2021
