Thomas Tassani

Full Professor of Tax Law at the University of Bologna and Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Cassation, he has for years assisted entrepreneurial families, family businesses and complex estates in the fields of wealth taxation, succession planning and asset protection, with a particular specialisation in trusts and generational transition.

Within the Multi Family Office he works alongside families, HNWIs, VHNWIs and UHNWIs in designing the legal and tax structures (trusts, corporate arrangements, patti di famiglia or family pacts) for the protection, organisation and transfer of wealth. He works together with the family's notaries, chartered accountants and lawyers, from the choice of the instrument to how it holds up over time, so that every structure remains at the service of family governance and business continuity.
