Real estate and
pleasure assets.

Real assets and passion assets within a single vision: property, art, collections and valuables, managed and protected as an integral part of your wealth.

For many families, property is the largest part of their wealth and passion assets the best loved. They are also, almost always, the least measured: few owners know what a rented flat really yields once tax, maintenance and vacant months are counted, or what a collection valued ten years ago is worth today. My work starts there: giving houses, art, cars and collections the same rigour as the financial portfolio — a current value, an annual cost, a defined role within the estate as a whole.

I begin with the inventory: what you own, how it is held, with what documentation. Then the numbers for each asset: net yields on property, running and custody costs, insured values checked against real ones, valuations and provenance to bring up to date for art and collections. From that base come the decisions — keep, sell, refurbish, protect — which I assess with no stake in the outcome: I do not sell property, broker works of art or place insurance. For valuations, deeds and cover I coordinate the qualified professionals in my network, and I remain the point where their opinions become one reasoned choice.

A property or a collection never stands alone: it touches tax, insurance cover, generational transfer, sometimes the family business. When it does, I bring in the professionals of the network and the reading widens to the direction of the Family Office, so that every choice about real assets takes account of everything else. And you can rely on one thing: I earn nothing when you buy, sell or insure — my only interest is that each asset stays, goes or changes hands at the right moment for you.

What stays out — by choice

  • Estate agency. I am not an agent and take no commission on purchases or sales: in any negotiation I defend your interest alone.
  • Appraisals and authentication. The value of a work or a property is certified by independent experts: I select them, compare their findings and turn them into decisions.
  • Placing insurance policies. I am not an insurance intermediary: I define what to protect and for what value; the cover is signed with an authorised intermediary.
01

Every asset with its own numbers : current value, net yield and annual costs, read alongside the financial portfolio.

02

Advice free of commissions : whoever tells you to keep, sell or insure earns nothing from the transaction.

03

Assets ready to change hands : documented, valued and brought into the family's succession design in good time.

What it includes

From property to collections: six components of real wealth, measured and coordinated with the same rigour as the financial side.

01

Property portfolio

Each property measured for what it truly yields: rents, tax, maintenance and vacant months. Then the choices: keep, sell or enhance.

02

Transactions and deals

Purchases, disposals and refurbishments run as projects: numbers checked before any offer, the right professionals at the table.

03

Art and collections

Documentation, provenance and up-to-date valuations for works and collections: value made visible, safeguarded and defensible over time.

04

Passion assets

Cars, watches, wine, yachts: assets bought with the heart, handled with method — running costs, current value, rules of protection.

05

Insuring valuable assets

Insured values aligned with real ones: I define what to protect and for how much; the policy stays with an authorised intermediary.

06

Enhancement and transfer

Who will inherit the house, the collection, the boat? Assets documented and valued in good time, within the family's succession design.

The process

STEP 01

Listening

Which assets you own, which you love, which weigh on you: the family's bond with houses, art and collections comes before the numbers.

STEP 02

Analysis

An inventory and real numbers for every asset: net yields, running costs, insured values, documents and valuations to update.

STEP 03

Plan

A written, reasoned decision for each asset — keep, sell, enhance, protect — consistent with the rest of the estate.

STEP 04

Monitoring

Values, cover and yields reviewed on a set schedule: real assets move with the market and with the life of the family.
