Reporting
and oversight.

A single, independent picture of your entire wealth: all accounts, custody and investments consolidated into one clear view. Figures verified by someone who does not sell the products being reported — because the one who checks should not be the one who sells.

By reporting and oversight I mean the function that answers a simple question few families can answer with precision: what do you actually own, where is it held, what does it cost and what does it return — all in one place. With accounts and custody spread across several institutions, each bank sends its own statement, in its own format, on its own dates; and each is drafted by the party that sold what it reports on. My work is to rebuild the complete picture from an independent position.

I gather the statements from every bank and custodian — with your authorisation, never with access to the accounts themselves — and bring the data onto a common basis: the same valuation dates, the same calculation methods, the same classification of instruments. Then I measure what bank statements rarely show: total costs in euros — fees, spreads, the charges built into products — the net performance of each position, and the risk concentrations that only appear when custody accounts are read side by side. The result is a periodic report you can read on your own and challenge with me line by line.

Responsibility for the oversight sits with me: I sign off on the reading of the figures, and my independence is its guarantee — I receive nothing from banks or product houses, so I have no interest in making the results look better or worse than they are. When the report raises questions that touch the other dimensions of your wealth — tax, property, protection, succession — I involve the professionals in my network and the reading widens to the direction of the Family Office. And when a figure does not add up, I tell you: that is precisely why oversight exists.

What stays out — by choice

  • Tax filings and statutory accounts. The report does not replace tax returns or financial statements: for regulated work I coordinate your accountant — I do not take their place.
  • Any authority over your accounts. I work on the statements and data you authorise me to receive: no power of attorney, no ability to move money, ever.
  • The banks' official reporting. Each institution remains responsible for its own documents: I do not replace them — I verify them and reassemble them from an independent position.
01

One overall picture instead of bank statements that never talk to each other: you always know what you own and where it is held.

02

Costs made visible : fees, spreads and implicit charges expressed in euros — only what you can see can be negotiated.

03

Figures comparable over time : net returns calculated on a consistent basis, so every conversation with your banks starts from facts.

What it includes

Oversight treated as a discipline of its own: from the scattered statements of each bank to a single set of consistent figures, verified and comparable over time.

01

Consolidated reporting

Every account, custody position and mandate brought into one document: the same dates, the same valuation criteria, a single total you can rely on.

02

Cost control

Fees, spreads and the charges hidden inside products translated into euros and tracked quarter by quarter: what surfaces can be raised with the bank.

03

Real performance

The return that actually remains after costs and tax, calculated the same way for every account and measured against objective market benchmarks.

04

Risk monitoring

Concentrations in single securities, issuers and currencies that separate statements never reveal: they emerge only when accounts are read side by side.

05

Independent reporting

Verification entrusted to someone who did not sell what is being measured: no retrocessions, no interest in making the outcome look different.

06

Periodic reports

A document at an agreed frequency, built around your family's questions: what do we own, what does it cost, what does it return, what has changed.

The process

STEP 01

Collection

Statements from every bank and custodian gathered with your authorisation: no position is left outside the picture.

STEP 02

Reconciliation

Data brought onto a common basis — dates, prices, classifications — and checked line by line before entering the report.

STEP 03

Interpretation

Costs in euros, net returns and risk concentrations discussed together: you understand the figures before deciding what to do with them.

STEP 04

Updating

The report returns at an agreed frequency, on the same criteria: every figure remains comparable with the period before.
